Nutritious pancakes & banana ice cream

There are times you crave sweet or other sugary food even if they are forbidden from your diet, so I decided to share with you a couple of recipes in order to make your nutrition more enjoyable. Below there are two recipes of my favorite breakfast, which I hope will be your favorite too!                               

                  Pancake Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 100-200gr Oats or Whole Wheat Flour
  • 200ml of skimmed milk
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon  cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon stevia powder instead of sugar
  • 1 whey protein scoop -usually vanilla or chocolate- (optional)
Directions:
Put the oats into a blender and cut them till you make a kind of flour. 
Put all the other ingredients in a shaker and shake them well in order to get well-mixed. Then add the oat flour or the whole wheat flour into the shaker and shake again. Our mixture is ready. Pour a little bit in a frying pan (without oil or butter) and wait till your pancake gets fried. Repeat the same process untill they are finally ready.

                       Banana ice cream
Ingredients:
  • 2 bananas 
  • 3 tablespoons skimmed milk
Directions:
Slice the bananas and put them into the freeze for 5 hours. When they are ready put them in the blender, add the milk and blend. Too easy!!

After they are both ready pour the mousse on your pancakes and enjoy!!!
You'd better make these for breakfast because they  include a large of portion of carbs and especially proteins!!Thats a perfect meal to start your day and don't forget it's way better than eating sweet for breakfast!!! Give it a shot!
